To respect my time as well as yours, please give yourself ample time to find parking and use the washroom. This way you will not lose valuable time on the table. 

Eat something light and healthy and drink plenty of water the day before and up to two hours prior to our session.

My massage oil is from Sacred Earth Botanicals and is nut oil, fragrance, paraben, and gluten free.

For those with allergies, my massage oil contains natural, hypoallergenic ingredients: Organic Helianthus annus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, and/or Organic Carthamus tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Organic Olea eropaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Organic Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Non-GMO d-alpha Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E)

If these ingredients don’t align with your needs, feel free to provide your own preferred massage oil.
