In a world where touch often carries expectations, many people rarely experience nurturing, non-sexual touch. This workshop, Attuned Touch, is a chance to explore touch in a safe, intentional way—offered with care and respect. Good touch is more than technique; it’s a blend of mindfulness, breath, and a grounded connection to self.

The inspiration for this workshop came when I observed a friend giving his girlfriend a shoulder massage. She cringed and tensed, ultimately asking him to stop, which left him feeling hurt. This moment highlighted how deeply many of us long for nurturing connection yet may not feel safe or comfortable receiving or giving it.

My hope is that you walk away from this workshop feeling more connected to yourself and more confident in your own capacity to nurture.

Workshop Structure:

This 6-hour immersive experience includes:

Solo Exploration: We’ll begin with exercises in self-connection through meditation and body awareness to help you arrive fully in your own presence.

Partner Massage: You’ll learn techniques to offer and receive touch in a way that feels safe, comforting, and deeply connected.

This workshop is accessible to anyone who’s comfortable moving and sitting on the floor, as we’ll be doing floor-based exercises to cultivate a grounded sense of relaxation.

The pivotal question emerged: How can we guide the body back to its innate, pain-free equilibrium? This solidified Rebecca’s commitment to holistic work with the body, mind, and spirit, substantiated by certificates in various modalities. She is a licensed Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist, with certifications in Kundalini Yoga, CranioSacral Therapy, Gyrotonic, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Meditation, Breath-work, and beyond.

Fluent in the language of the body and energetic systems, Rebecca is on a mission to share this profound understanding with others.

At just 3 years old, Dan Cetlin insisted his parents buy him a violin, igniting a lifelong passion for music. Now, two decades later, he is on a journey to channel his voice and share his music, aiming to offer the world with beauty and inspiration. Immersed in the Contemporary Musical Arts at New England Conservatory, he explored a plethora of modalities, genres, and artists, all while honing his ear. He has seamlessly woven countless inspirations into his own personal style, cultivating a distinct voice as a violinist, performer, improviser, composer, and producer. Inspired by his musical studies, Dan has applied the same multimodal approach to all of his life. Beyond music, Dan's journey includes software engineering and spiritual practices. Currently, he's delving into sound healing and crafting violin meditations for an upcoming album.

Delve Into The Art Of Shiatsu

Proven scientific studies show that shiatsu increases quality of life, sleep cycles, pain management of chronic symptoms and overall health. Transform your life holistically through Shiatsu, an ancient Japanese therapy and heal yourself and others through your life force energy. 


Based on the principles of vitality, this comprehensively created two day workshop will help you explore energy-based healing. In Shiatsu we apply pressure on points of the body to ease pain and release blockages while encouraging the body’s self-healing response. I will teach you body mechanics, basic techniques, exciting stretches and energetic contact. 


Exploration Of Your Life-Force

We will begin each morning with individual mediation and light movement to strengthen your grounding and connection to your authentic center. Then we explore guided partner exercises ~ white tantra, weaving with one another ~ witnessing and being witnessed.

From there we will practice conscious communication and skillful listening. I will share a simple formula to help you clearly communicate your needs, make requests, navigate disagreements, and hold space for one another. 

Once aware of the expansion of our energy, support and connection, we will spend all day to then delve into the practice of Shiatsu massage.

By the end of this workshop you will:

  • Be able to offer Shiatsu to loved ones and to receive its benefits

  • Understand the basic concept of oriental medicine

  • Know the center of your body and how to ground your energy

  • Access your inner resources and clarity

  • Skillfully listen to others and yourself

  • Connect to your authentic sense of self and communicate consciously

  • Create deeper bonds of trust & support

Intro to Shiatsu massage and the principles of vitality

Join me in this two-day workshop to learn the art of Shiatsu massage. It is open to anyone who wants to build connection to their life force, beginners or those who have prior knowledge. Shiatsu offers benefits to all. The teachings support healing and grounding in many aspects of life. The sessions are designed to foster deep vitality, luster for life, awake-ness, clarity and a deep sense of calm. Please be advised that this class does not offer certification.

Delve Into The Art Of Shiatsu

Proven scientific studies show that shiatsu increases quality of life, sleep cycles, pain management of chronic symptoms and overall health. Transform your life holistically through Shiatsu, an ancient Japanese therapy and heal yourself and others through your life force energy. 

Based on the principles of vitality, this comprehensively created two day workshop will help you explore energy-based healing. In Shiatsu we apply pressure on points of the body to ease pain and release blockages while encouraging the body’s self-healing response. I will teach you body mechanics, basic techniques, exciting stretches and energetic contact. 

Exploration Of Your Life-Force

We will begin each morning with individual mediation and light movement to strengthen your grounding and connection to your authentic center. Then we explore guided partner exercises ~ white tantra, weaving with one another ~ witnessing and being witnessed.

From there we will practice conscious communication and skillful listening. I will share a simple formula to help you clearly communicate your needs, make requests, navigate disagreements, and hold space for one another. 

Once aware of the expansion of our energy, support and connection, we will spend all day to then delve into the practice of Shiatsu massage.

By the end of this workshop you will:

  • Be able to offer Shiatsu to loved ones and to receive its benefits

  • Understand the basic concept of oriental medicine

  • Know the center of your body and how to ground your energy

  • Access your inner resources and clarity

  • Skillfully listen to others and yourself

  • Connect to your authentic sense of self and communicate consciously

  • Create deeper bonds of trust & support

Cultivating conscious connection is necessary grounding for any partnership. Develop tools together that create more resilience, clarity, trust, and love in your connection.

First we will start with individual meditations to strengthen your ground and connection to your authentic center. Then we will move into guided partner meditations and yoga/movement practices that will open your hearts and allow for us to start to see what energies belong to whom and therefore be able to clearly identify self within the partnership. These meditations will create a shared felt sense or a deeper way of feeling and sensing one another's energy.

From there we will practice different forms of conscious communication as we dive into gratitude practices and cultivate shared intentions - this is where the partnership turns into into a creationship. By learning how to clearly communicate, hold space for one an other, and follow through with shared intentions, your connection will begin to deepen levels of trust, appreciation, recognition, support, encouragement, and love.

And finally, the full circle of this journey of connection lies in the teachings of therapeutic massage. An inspiring, life-long couple shared with me their secret to love, simply 5 min. of massage before bed everyday. This way, they said, you can never go to bed upset with each other because loving, healing touch nourishes forgiveness and a continuous feeling of connection and love. Therapeutic, non-sexual massage has deeply powerful effects on our health and well-being in our lives. These techniques can help balance a connections harmony and continuity, and be utilized for the rest of your life.

BIO

My childhood dream was to become a ballet dancer. The elegance, posture and ease in which the human body can move ignited my curiosity and passion to study it. Being born and raised in a small town northeast of Switzerland, my access and exposure to dance was limited. Therefore, I took a huge leap of faith, packed my bags and moved to New York to satisfy my insatiable appetite to learn. That path lead me to study the Gyrotonic Expansion System®, a unique, holistic approach to movement created by Julio Horvath, a ballet dancer with a love for movement much like myself. The more I studied the Gyrotonic Expansion System® in addition to Anatomy, the more I was utterly fascinated and in awe of the body’s ability to heal itself and was then inspired to utilize my expertise in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Shiatsu and CranioSacral Therapy to assist in this process. !At the about same time, I was introduced to the yoga of awareness and awakening—Kundalini Yoga. The revived sense of energy I experienced in my Kundalini practice helped me discover my true potential and inspired me to travel to India to study with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and Gurushabd Singh Khalsa. Now, with over nine years of bodywork experience and on my way to becoming a certified Level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher, I’m eager to share my knowledge to heal, rejuvenate, uplift and make a positive impact on you.!I believe these ancient practices are essential tools for living and help us train our minds to be the source of peace and stability that keeps us grounded and connected to the life force within and around us. These teachings have become a way of life for me, I have experienced profound improvements in my mood and outlook on life. Charged with a sense of purpose, I’m excited to share these teachings with all of you.

Kundalini Yoga uses body and breath as a tool for raising ones energy levels, strengthening the nervous system, balancing the glandular system, expanding lung capacity, purifying blood, and connecting us to our will power. To do this we use “kriyas” or what one could call yogic recipes. A Kriya is a specifically designed set of exercises that uses movement, breath, mudra and sound/mantra to work different aspects of our physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies to create lasting shifts that elevate and empower us.
