Kundalini Yoga uses body and breath as a tool for raising ones energy levels, strengthening the nervous system, balancing the glandular system, expanding lung capacity, purifying blood, and connecting us to our will power. To do this we use “kriyas” or what one could call yogic recipes. A Kriya is a specifically designed set of exercises that uses movement, breath, mudra and sound/mantra to work different aspects of our physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies to create lasting shifts that elevate and empower us.
