The transformative power of gentle breathwork and mantra (sound/vibration) aids in releasing old, stuck energy, empowering you to feel a deep release and embrace a sense of freedom.

During an extended savasana, Drew and Kelly from The Sound Sorcery will envelop you in a healing soundscape of crystal singing bowls, cosmic gongs, and heavenly harp, among other alchemic instruments. Soothing vibrations transcend thoughts, resonating on a cellular level, and guiding your mind and body into deep rest and reset.
